Part of the Rogue Infinity Series, our original R-3 Power Rack features 2x3" 11 Steel Gauge uprights (Standard - 90.375" Shorty - 84.375" tall) with 5/8” holes in the Westside pattern—1" through the bench & clean pull zone, 2” spacing above and below. *The Shorty version chops off 6" in height for a better fit in basements or other rooms with lower ceiling heights. The R-3 design was adapted from the model that helped build champion powerlifters at Westside Barbell here in Columbus, OH, and it’s been a staple of our own arsenal for years.

The R-3 offers superior durability and versatility, but it’s also the most compact member of the R-Series, with a 24” inside depth and an overall footprint of just 53” x 34”. This makes the unit equally well suited to a collegiate / pro training facility or a home / garage gym. A 43” Fat/Skinny Pull-Up Bar, along with sets of Infinity J-Cups, Pin/Pipe Safeties, and Band Pegs, are included with the package.
